Members of the Golf Society of Great Britain are being offered the opportunity to save 25% on green fees with Golfy, the leading network of golf courses in continental Europe.
The Golfy Indigo card is accepted at more
than 150 golf courses across five countries, including
France, Spain and Belgium, as well as 130 hotels in
France. Le Golf National, Paris, venue of The 2018
Ryder Cup and PGA Catalunya Resort, Spain’s number one
golf course, are among the venues within the Golfy

The Golfy

off accommodation. All purchases
within the Golfy network, including green fees, pro shop,
buggy hire, golf lessons, restaurant, hotel accommodation
and spa, earn cardholders loyalty ‘Yards’ which can be
redeemed for exclusive rewards and gifts, including free
rounds of golf. ‘Yards’ are also earned with exclusive
Golfy golf break packages.
Brian Ward,
Secretary of the Golf Society of Great Britain, recently
toured the Champagne region of France, playing at Golf de
Reims and Golf de l’Ailette.
Brian said:
“To be honest, I hadn’t heard of Golfy before, but there
are more than 50,000 cardholders in Europe and it is a
very well known network. Many top courses, especially in
France, are members of Golfy, but there are also plenty of
lovely courses and hotels in the network that are less
well known but well worth experiencing. I especially
enjoyed Golf de Reims, which was originally designed by
Tom Simpson in 1928 and features an exquisite chateau
clubhouse surrounded by water. Sitting outside in the
sunshine enjoying lunch and a glass of Champagne made for
a very memorable experience.”
The
price of the Golfy Indigo Card is just €45 per year.
However, members of the Golf Society of Great Britain can
now purchase a Golfy Indigo Card with an additional 10%
discount.
